A "In Memoriam" donation:
An In Memoriam donation is a meaningful way for friends and relatives to remember someone special. Once your donation is received a letter of condolence will be mailed to the person you wish notified. You can personalize the letter by adding your own message if you wish.
Please download one of the forms below and mail or FAX it to the address at the bottom of the form or, if you are donating by credit card you may send the information to us by EMail at ghcf@ghcs.ca
